Best lighting: Sunset/Golden Hour
Parking: Sept-Dec, arrive 5-10 minutes early to account for parking. This is a very popular spot during the fall.
Accessibility: Sidewalks available for strollers/wheelchairs, however they are busy walkways which make for difficult group photos if you need to stay on solid ground.
